Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your GlowRight purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free refund process within 30 days of purchase.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. The 30-day refund window begins from the date your order was delivered. Items that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or significantly altered are not eligible for refund.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, contact our support team at supportglowright@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Exceptions

The following items are non-refundable: clearance or final sale items, custom or personalized products, items purchased during special promotions marked as non-refundable, and products damaged due to customer misuse or neglect.

Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the credit to appear in your account.
